Shipping & Returns
Orders within Australia have a flat rate of $7.95 for standard shipping (no tracking) and $11 for express shipping, we offer free standard delivery on all orders over $60 within Australia.
Orders to NZ have a flat rate of $10 for standard delivery or $20 for tracking, free standard delivery is offered to all orders over $100 (AUD).
All international orders are offered at a $10 (AUD) flat rate. There are no tracking on International orders.
Some countries charge Customs fees or import duties on merchandise ordered from overseas. Please be aware that these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are beyond our control. We advise that you contact the relevant government body in your country (e.g. Customs & Excise) for information on what these charges might be.
All orders will ship within 1 business day, if however we have run out of any product we will let you know asap.
Standard delivery takes 3 – 5 business days within Australia and up to 10 working days to Western Australia.
Express takes 1-3 business days. The Australia Post Express Next Day Network can be found here (http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html).
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you are still unable to locate this anywhere you are welcome to contact us to receive your tracking number.

Once your parcels have left our warehouse they are then property of Australia Post. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons, however if the product is faulty we will endeavour to replace your item.
